Previous Projects, Events and Activities

The community of Balquhidder raised enough funds to produce a version of the popular pantomime Aladdin. Over £800 was raised in grant funding from Stirling Council to support costumes, scenery and putting on the pantomime in December 2012.

The BLS Community Trust took over the old telephone box in Balquhidder with the plan to transform it into a book exchange for both locals and visitors. We successfully secured funds from Stirling Council and the refurbishment took take place in Summer 2016.

This project raised funds for equipment and uniforms for the new Choir Occasional, which welcomes members from all 3 villages. More than £500 was raised from grant funding from Stirling Council.
